Hello friends! I am taking off to Europa! for two weeks...I will hopefully (cross my fingers) be able to post some pictures while I am over there. If not, I will fill my blog with photos when I return. If you have questions about your order, potential shoot or anything else, please feel free to email me, facebook me or whatever technological route you choose:)
As a sweet goodbye I decided to give away a free Iphone background of Paris (that I took last year while there) as it is THE BEST place EVER!! Just drag and drop onto desktop or photofolder and upload to your iphone! ENJOY

Do you love the look that the tilt shift lens gives your photo but cant afford the expensive lens...Have NO fear!! You can easily accomplish this simple look through photoshop! What would we do about photoshop...
I have had a few people ask me how to do some tricks on photoshop so I decided I would start sharing how to do them! FIRST OPEN any image...(I just clicked on one from my recent seattle trip.
NEXT click on the "quick mask mode" button. This can be found down at the bottom left of your photoshop screen. It looks like a small square with a circle in it.
THEN go to your gradient tool and drag the gradient line from where you want your blur to start and end. It should show up red where you drug.
THEN click the deselect buttom. Marching ants should appear along the opposite border or where you drug. You then need to click on "Inverse" to inverse the selection so it is around the area that you DO want blurred out.
NEXT go to FILTERS>BLUR>LENS BLUR. Your area that you want blurred should show up blurred. You can play with the settings a little bit to get it exactly how you want. Click ok and VOILA you have a tilt shift image!!
Tip...Alot of times I saturate the images color to make it pop more where the area is in focus
Please email for more questions or if you want to learn something else

I can NOT believe that SUMMER is here already...I have been as busy as a bee and just returned from Seattle. I had such a great time up there. I absolutely love the city even with its gloomy weather. We saw everything the city has to offer including a giant donut the size of my face! I ended up with sugar lips all day long. However, we had amazing weather. I am so grateful for the chance to be able to travel all over this crazy world. Every place offers something so unique and different. Here are a few random images from the trip...I promise more blog posts to come...LOTS of babies in the mix...CHEERS!

Hello friends! I have had a few friends ask where in the world I have been for the past week and a half and why are there no new entries?? Well...my little brother is finally HOME from his 2 year mission for the church in Manaus, Brazil. Braden and I ventured back to Utah to spend quality family time. Cannon is a few years younger then me and my only brother. He has 5 sisters and has become quite the lady expert...thank you very much:) He came home with the same humor. He looks fantastic, speaks fluent portuguese and is super humble. It was such a fun vacation and so nice to have the entire family back together again after 2 years. I promise now that I am back more posts will be popping up! Cheers:)

Last night Braden and I were up WAY to late. I was bored so we decided to go out and take pictures of the amazing moon. Literally within 5 min of spotting the moon a big wave of fog pushed in and covered the moon. I guess that is what you get for living on the coast. Oh well it was still fun. Cheers
